How will our designs impact people?
I'm currently the Design Strategy Director at POWER SHIFTER Digital, an agency driven by simplifying life's experiences. I'm also part of the UX Design Faculty at Emily Carr University's Continuing Studies program in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
I specialize in UX research and service design, integrating qualitative and quantitative HCI methods to help brands such as TELUS, lululemon, and RBC uncover the "why" behind audiences' needs.

Education
I've been featured in the 2017 ACM Visual Thinking Gallery, and a paper at the 2017 ACM Limits workshop on Furthering Sustainable Interaction Design with my thesis supervisor, Dr. Eli Blevis, who I met while finishing the Master of Interaction Design program from the Hong Kong PolyU School of Design. I have a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and Psychology from the University of British Columbia.
Interests
Education, healthcare and service design are my research interests. You can usually find me running, cooking, and observing people in coffee shops when I'm not giving workshops at youth leadership programs.
